    The heart of Andrés portrait experience is the process he guides you through from beginning to end. It would be easy for me to talk extensively about his technical expertise, but what moved me most is his ability to see people and connect with who you are without judgement. It’s this sensitivity and hospitality that enables him to capture the authenticity of his clients through the portraits. From day one he calmed my nerves with a two hour consultation call. I felt vulnerable and awkward about signing up for headshots in the first place, and he helped me feel confident to move forward by answering my questions, talking through the process and taking time to get to know me.After the consultation call, he schedules a house visit and helps pick out your outfits for the shoot so that you’re prepared on the day of and not running around trying to figure out what to wear. It’s these little details of curating the experience that make you feel taken care of and confident going into the shoot. I felt like the most important person in the world the day of the shoot, being set up with a professional hair and makeup artist, a delicious charcuterie board and limitless wardrobe changes - all details to help you feel relaxed and taken care of so that you can focus on being yourself for the photographs. I walked away with an unforgettable experience, incredible photographs and a renewed feeling of love and appreciation for myself. I highly recommend trusting Andrés with taking your photograph.

    A couple weeks ago I sat down with the immensely talented Andrés to talk about getting some solid headshots done for my business. One of my clients spoke very highly of his experience with Andrés so I was excited for the experience, but not sure what exactly to expect, after plenty of experience working with a large number of photographers in the past.
